Nancy Cupp, a local artist, has uncorked her paintings at the Wine Merchant in downtown Findlay, Ohio for the month of August 2017. The Wine Merchant is a local restaurant and bar, with a wine store next to it. It has an intimate, relaxed atmosphere inside and also has outdoor seating to enjoy the summer weather. The Wine Merchant is located across from the Marathon headquarters on Main Street, and next to Wilson's hamburger place. This is a great way to enjoy some local flavor and fine art in Flag City USA, or Findlay, Ohio.
Nancy Cupp is known for her very colorful paintings with a positive theme of inspiration and beauty. Her paintings are vibrant, full of life, and hope for a better tomorrow.

Silvio Jimenez has come a long way to follow his dream, all the way from the jungles of Mexico to McComb, Ohio, where he has opened his first downtown art studio. He was able to get part of an old furniture store to renovate into his studio, where he has been painting a tired old building into a faux painting masterpiece. Although he isn't quite ready for a "grand opening" scheduled for next year, a few weeks ago, he decided to invite one of his artist friends to join him in having his first art show in his new studio just in time for the Christmas holidays. Together, Silvio Jimenez and guest artist Nancy Cupp are hosting an artist reception on Nov. 15 from 3-6 PM to show and sell their art. They are also having a drawing for a free print valued at $20.00 to those who attend the reception. The winner of the free print will be announced at 5:30 PM, November 15.
